Let’s face it… even though we offer the best equipment, parting with sweat in routine exercise can sometimes be a little monotonous. That’s why we’ve installed perhaps the best audio-visual system of any club in the country.

Each of our Treadmills, Cross-trainers and Cycles comes factory fitted with an LCD TV Screen. That’s right, while you’re motoring away, that screen is all yours. Simply plug your headset in and select from a wide range of world news, movies, music, world sport, free to air TV in digital format and radio.

If you’re not on one of those machines there are plasma screens positioned about the Club. So even if you’re simply walking around using the strength training equipment, you’ll enjoy an outstanding quality of audio-visual entertainment with full view of world news, sports and events.
